Refreshing Summer Coolers to beat the heat

Oceanic Queen

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Cola (thumps up/ Coke) 
  • 50ml mango juice 
  • 2 tbsp rose syrup

Method

  • Take a large glass
  • Add Cola to prepare the first layer
  • For second layer add mango juice to it.
  • Then consequently add rose syrup up for the third layer.

Watermelon Margarita

Ingredients                                   

  • Seedless Watermelon Pieces
  • 5 cup fresh lime juice
  • 4 tsp agave syrup
  • 5 tbsp sparkling water
  • Mint Leaves
  • Lemon Slice

Method

  • Blend the seedless Watermelon Pieces and make a puree of them
  • Add lime juice and agave syrup to the puree and blend it again
  • Mix it well and serve in a mocktail glass.
  • Add Sparkling Water
  • Garnish it with mint leaves, salt & lemon slice

Very Berry Khatta

Ingredients of Very Berry Khatta

  • 4 mulberries
  • 1 orange wedge
  • 60ml grape juice
  • 30ml kala khatta syrup
  • Black salt
  • Crushed ice
  • Mint Leaves

Method

  • Muddle two of the mulberries, half of lime and one orange wedge. Add the grape juice, kala khatta syrup, Black salt to taste and stir.
  • Serve over crushed ice
  • Garnish with mint

Fruit Punch

Ingredients

  • 40ml Mango Juice
  • 20ml pineapple juice
  • 20ml orange juice
  • Mango Pieces
  • Fresh Mint leaves
  • Vanilla Ice – cream

Method

  • Add mango, pineapple & Orange juice in a glass
  • Mix it well
  • Add Vanilla Ice cream,
  • Garnish it with mint leaves & mango pieces
  • Serve in a mocktail glass.

Strawberry-Thyme Lemonade

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 8 sprigs fresh thyme, plus more for serving
  • 1 quart strawberries, hulled and sliced (about 2 1/2 cups)
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh lemon juice (from about 10 lemons)

Method

  • Combine the sugar, thyme, and 1 cup water in a small pot.
  • Bring to a boil and cook, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is dissolved. Let cool and discard the thyme.
  • Combine the thyme syrup with the strawberries, lemon juice, and 5 cups cold water in a large pitcher.
  • Chill for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
  • Serve over ice, garnished with additional thyme.
